Extensive use of wood and timber for an ambitious large-scale pop up party venue
Vivid offers the ultimate destination Christmas parties in a stunning large-scale venue in several major locations around the UK, including the NEC in Birmingham. Each Christmas season, their events draw large crowds of people, night after night, so their venues need to have robust materials to manage significant wear and tear and partying footfall.
Featuring spectacular theatrical acts, amazing sets and hospitality to match, a major part of the Vivid party experience is the obsessive attention to detail on the interior design. This included creating wooden Alpine log cabins and a Scandi style indoor fire pit.
This is a completely immersive larger than life experience. With this project we played a key role providing decorative walling and flooring for this expansive venue which requires size and scale to deliver impact, and create a hard-wearing space for 1,000 of guests over the Christmas party season.
