Collect in person, or arrange delivery
We use a courier service for small consignments, but use pallet carrier companies for larger consignments. This is typically a 17.5 tonne tail-lift lorry.
If you’re arranging a palletised delivery, these will be made between 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. It’s important for our delivery company to know if you have an access or restricted access issues on site.
Also, there needs to be a flat, level surface free of gravel or uneven paving.
Double check the details
It’s also really important that there is a named person to sign for the consignment, and please double check your address details and postcode.
Please ensure that you are available to take delivery on the proposed date. For a small extra charge you can specify a time slot in the morning or afternoon.
